PEGs/PPGs/BGs are typically used as emulsifying agents, but we have removed them from the entire Oway care line and specific treatments.

Our treatments are formulated without iodine.

Our communication and salon set-up materials are crafted from recycled or eco-certified materials, including FSC-certified paper and cardboard, PEFC-certified wood, bioplastics, and recycled PET.

Steam distillation is a natural extraction system that avoids the use of solvents or other chemical substances, preserving the purity and effectiveness of active ingredients to the maximum extent. This method utilizes steam to transform plants into the active ingredients used in our formulas: 100% natural essential oils and distillates.

Each product is formulated based on the most advanced green and clean chemistry principles. For Oway, this involves replacing synthetic raw materials wherever possible with the best natural or naturally derived alternatives, without compromising performance. Through continuous research, most Oway formulas contain over 90% natural ingredients. Concretely improving the structure of hair and skin with each application, Oway’s formulas consist of concentrated, versatile, professional, and pleasant mixtures. Nature + technology: We carefully choose and isolate the most active and effective plant components to develop new, highly concentrated, and skin-friendly active ingredients.

We opt not to use Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate as surfactants. Instead, we utilize a cleansing base derived from coconut and other gentler, safer substitutes.

EDTAs are chemical substances commonly used as adjuvants in the preservative system. However, they are not utilized in 99% of Organic Way products because our preservative system is sufficient to guarantee optimal duration.

Naturally derived (from sugar beet), it serves as the most natural and well-tolerated preservative. It not only effectively preserves the majority of our products but also ensures an appropriate drying time for pre-styling products. For instance, it replaces the conventional aerosol mousse to create and define curls.
